Overview
We strive to ensure that all books are accurately described and securely packaged.
Delivery
Books sent within the UK are sent by first-class mail or by Parcel Force. Books sent overseas are usually sent by the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All books are insured in transit.
Cost of Postage
Packaging and insurance are included in the cost of postage:
- UK – £12 per book or artwork
- Europe (airmail) – £16.00 per book or artwork
- US (airmail) – £18.50 per book or artwork
- Rest of the World (airmail) – £19.50 per book or artwork
First Chapter Series set of 10 volumes
- UK – £39.50 per set
- Europe (airmail) – £46.00 per set
- US (airmail) – £61.50 per set
- Rest of the World (airmail) – £70.00 per set
Shared Vision set of 3 Volumes
- UK – £27.50 per set
- Europe (airmail) – £36.00 per set
- US (airmail) – £38.50 per set
- Rest of the World (airmail) – £ 45.00 per set
Refunds and Returns
You’re eligible for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or if the book doesn’t arrive.
Book descriptions are as accurate as possible, but if you decide that a book is not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange for it to be returned. If the book is damaged on arrival, a replacement will be arranged where possible. All returns must be in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging where applicable and must be insured.
